Future members of the BBU shall be required to first complete an application for membership, which will be reviewed by the chairman and executive board.  An interview will soon follow the submission of the application.

An applicant should be a male living in an urban community over the age of eighteen.  Although we require members to be males living in urban communities, we are not limited to only that group.  Upon interest, any person seeking membership will meet with a BBU liaison.  The liaison will explain the goals of the organization to the prospective member.  After the presentation the liaison will supply an application for membership to the individual.

Upon membership, the applicant must attend three consecutive general body meetings to be considered an active member of the organization.  The new member will then be given a symbol of membership from the organization.  Each member of BBU shall be required to pay dues at every quarterly general body meeting.
